The psychiatry team at Cleveland Health and Wellness Center can diagnose and treat a wide range of psychiatric conditions in children, adolescents, and adults, including mood disorders, such as anxiety, bipolar, and depression, attention disorders, autism spectrum disorder, and neurodevelopmental disorders. Medication management services are available over Telehealth and in-person.

Elise Bonder, MD

Dr. Bonder is a board certified child and adolescent psychiatrist specializing in the treatment of mental health issues such as Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder, Mood disorders, Neurodevelopmental Disorders, Trauma Related Disorders, and Anxiety Disorders. She has expertise in the management of patients from childhood through young adulthood and has special interest in the treatment of ADHD, Anxiety Spectrum Disorders, and Mood Disorders. After attending medical school at The University of Toledo College of Medicine, Dr. Bonder completed her general psychiatry residency at University Hospitals Case Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio. She then went on to complete fellowship training in child and adolescent psychiatry at University Hospitals/Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital. Since completion of her training, Dr. Bonder has practiced as an attending Psychiatrist at Signature Health Inc, a non-profit/Federally Qualified health center providing integrated care to patients across Northeast, OH. Dr. Bonder accepts new patients up to the age of 30 years old, but typically continues to manage their care across their lifespan once established. In addition to her clinical practice, she serves as a volunteer faculty member in the Department of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at University Hospitals/Case Western Reserve University, helping to teach psychiatry residents and fellows. She has volunteered as a member of the Quality Practice Committee at Signature Health and is a dedicated participant in mental health advocacy in the community.

Eileen Zehe, RN, MSN, PMHNP-BC

Eileen Zehe, is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who has provided care to individuals across the life span. Her primary focus over the last several years; however, has been on children and adolescents struggling with ADHD, anxiety, depression and mood disorders. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Ursuline College in Cleveland, Ohio and her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Kent State University. She completed her Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) Certificate through the University of Cincinnati. She is board certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). She enjoys reading, physical activity, music and spending time with her family.
