Amy Barnes
Administrative Assistant
Department of Psychiatry
Amy has worked in administrative and customer service roles for over two decades for various businesses such as insurance companies, automotive parts distribution warehouses and a utility agency. In 2024 she began working for CHAWC helping with administrative tasks and assisting clients with intake and scheduling as well as billing and insurance issues. Personally, Amy enjoys live music, motorcycle riding with her husband, genealogy research, crafting and spending time with family and friends.
Leah Boehnlein
Billing Specialist
Leah started working at Cleveland Health and Wellness Center in 2018 as an administrator. Her current role is Billing Specialist, where she is responsible for identifying and finding solutions to insurance issues, and overseeing mental health grant funds to help make therapy more accessible. On a personal note, she loves live music, photography, interior design, art (both observing and creating it); as well as spending time with her daughter while cooking, traveling, and adventuring together.
Destini Chatman
Medical Assistant
Department of Psychiatry
Destini is a dedicated Medical Assistant and college student pursuing a degree in Social Work, with a passion for patient care and a desire to make a positive impact on the community. She has been at CHAWC since 2022 helping with administrative tasks and assisting clients with intake and scheduling as well as billing and insurance issues. In 2023 she transitioned to working as a Medical Assistant at the practice in the Department of Psychiatry. Outside of studies and work, Destini enjoys spending time with her two dogs, reading, and baking.
Megan Coe
Business Manager
Megan has worked in administrative roles for nearly two decades at a variety of institutions such as public universities and a travel agency. In 2020 she started working at CHAWC, where she enjoys helping clients find a therapist who will be a great fit for them, answering questions about insurance plans, and keeping the team connected via a newsletter. Her favorite leisure activities are reading, writing, and spending time with her pets.
Nancy Helmrich
Administrative Assistant, Department of Behavioral Health
Nancy joined the administrative team at Cleveland Health and Wellness Center in 2018. Her prior administrative experience was in the fields of financial services, engineering, and higher education. She strives to create a caring and welcoming environment for each client. Personally, Nancy enjoys theater, sewing, spending time with friends and family.
Les Hunter
Resource Specialist, Department of Behavioral Health
Les Hunter has worked in a variety of professional areas including non-profit, education, arts, and development. He looks forward to continuing to serve the needs of clients and health care professionals at Cleveland Health and Wellness Center.
